• Santino D'Antonio (Riccardo Scamarcio): The main antagonist in the second film. He is an Italian criminal who forces John to fulfill an old promise. Santino’s betrayal leads to a series of dangerous situations for John.

• The Adjudicator (Asia Kate Dillon): Appears in the third film as a representative of the "High Table," a powerful criminal organization that enforces the strict policies and rules of the assassin world.

• Zero (Mark Dacascos): A hitman and former student of John Wick, who appears in the third film. He is highly skilled in combat and fights against John as part of his mission.

• John Wick's Dog (Daisy): The dog left behind by John’s wife when she passes away, which becomes the victim of criminals at the beginning of the first film. This dog is the main motivation for John’s revenge.
